SHIPPING INFORMATION:
First of all, we really almost always fast in the shipping! Due to the limited number of items on the web, if you are unable to place an order or checkout on the web, please call us to place an order directly, if you place an order before 08:00 AM or 01:00 EST, Monday through Friday and if orders placed during the weekends, will not be sent and will need to wait until Monday to send.

Returns:
All products can be returned within thirteen days of the date that they are received by the customer. This means that the package for return must be postmarked within 14 days of arrival date to the customer. Please keep your box/boxes. YOU MUST CONTACT HUY TRAN CORPORATION - The Gioi Am Nhac IN ADVANCE FOR AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN (Our contact telephone number list on the top of this website). The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled by the end of the same business day that they were placed, and no charges will apply. For orders cancelled after the business day they were placed, these will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which covers the cost of transactions as well as charge fees where applicable. Additionally, not all orders will be cancelled after the date of placement. This includes in stock items which have already shipped and when the item is already in production
